Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at The Modesty Shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, untrimmed, unwashed, and in the same packaging that you received it. Because of the intimate nature of the products, once they’re removed from the packaging, or used on a performer, we can’t accept a return. Our products are made individually in a small workshop, so small imperfections may appear, but do not affect the quality of the product.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping, handling, and customs/taxes are nonrefundable.
If you choose a shopping method that does not have tracking, or if parcel tracking is not available in your country/region, you will not be eligible for a refund.
